How are Digital Designs subwoofers built?!

One of the most exciting parts of my trip to DD in Oklahoma was seeing the subwoofer assembly line. Getting to walk around in person completely strengthened my views on the attention to detail and quality of their products. This is one of the few remaining brands that are hand building the most important parts of the subwoofer in the USA. Hopefully this video also shows you the difference between the price of something mass produced and something custom built to your specification.
