Eighteen months later all I've got from Lost in Cult is excuses.
If you feel frustrated by Lost in Cult's endless excuses and "shipping delays" you're not alone. After ordering a year and a half ago, the company stopped replying to me when I emailed them asking for a refund. So I called my bank and filed a chargeback. Only afterwards did they decide they wanted to talk—great customer service, right? If that wasn't bad enough, Lost in Cult's most recent financial records on Companies House suggest that they're not doing too well. I wouldn't call it a scam, but I think there's ample evidence that Lost in Cult is in more trouble than they're letting on. Let's talk about it.
