Travelling in our motorhome, touring the UK. In this video we share part 2 of our Hayling Island tour. Our travels take you from our park up at Lidl, toThe Donkey Sanctuary where we meet lots of rescue donkeys, their journey started off with 2 working donkeys rescued by an amazing family who then continued to rescue many more. Run on volunteers, please visit the sanctuary if you visit Hayling Island. We take you back to Northney Marina where we eat great food at the Salt Rock Café. Hayling Islands FunLand toured, great rides for the children with a lovely friendly atmosphere.Coastal erosion is destroying the Island and all surrounding areas, Portsmouth, Havant. 75% of the Island is expected to disappear by 2050. Never forgetting to mention the importance of the Island in the D Day Landings.
