After almost a year-long project, we are proud to finally show off another unit in one of our finished remodels. We turned an old Milwaukee apartment building that suffered from a fire into a sleek and modern rental unit with two bedrooms and one bathroom. We increased the rent for the owner as well as made the unit easier to rent and separated the utilities.
