Викинги из Гнёздова

The lecture is dedicated to the results of the joint Smolensk-Gnezdovo expedition of Moscow State University, the State Historical Museum, and the Gnezdovo Museum-Reserve at the Gnezdovo Archaeological Complex from 2017 to 2020. Gnezdovo is one of the largest Viking Age sites on the transcontinental trade route "from the Varangians to the Greeks" and a key center of the formation of the Old Russian state from the 8th to 11th centuries.
