Sanzaru Games ALMOST Pitched A Jak & Daxter Remake!? What Happened!?

A pitch video was recently unearthed, showing a pitch of what would've hopefully been a remake of the 1st Jak & Daxter game, The Precursor Legacy. Coming from Sanzaru Games, the developers of Sly 4: Thieves in Time, who were shutdown earlier this year. So what happened to Sanzaru, this remake & why didn't it come to fruition?
