Please join me as I ride from the Raven Trail Car Park in Brechfa to explore the Raven Trail, Spooky Woods, the Derwin Green Trail, and so much more in the forests of Nant-Y-Ffin, with this amazing group of like-minded souls. 🤩🤍 In this episode, I share my first time riding parts of the Raven trail, the Derwin Trail, Spooky Woods on a unique group ride by joining a Facebook group Brechfa MTB (CIC) where “Events,” AKA “Group Rides,” are posted, much like Church of Dirt, where I can join people who know the area and will happily show me around and help me explore trails. This is exactly what Brechfa MTB (CIC) did, inviting members like me to explore their local area and lush local trails. 😊 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 I hope 🤞🏼 my diary entry shows a small sample of the true lushness of the Brechfa Trails in Wales, maintained by volunteers from the Brechfa MTB (CIC) members, that helps prove my belief that riding in groups, as well as time in the saddle and coaching, have helped me progress as a rider, and given me more adventures and exploration than I ever thought possible. 🤩 Nik, thank you for the time we spent riding and chatting.
