All you need is a bowl and a spoon, and plenty of seeds to add to the dough. It's easy for everyone; just follow the steps outlined in the description and your naturally gluten-free bread is ready! This homemade bread is perfect for anyone who wants to eat healthy and simple recipes. Gluten-free and yeast-free buckwheat bread is always in my gluten-free kitchen, and this recipe has become a staple in my kitchen. With just a few simple ingredients—including gluten-free buckwheat flour and plenty of seeds—this gluten-free bread is natural and easy to make! Cook it with me and message me to share your tips... Tools you'll need for this recipe: a bowl and a spoon 20x11 cm loaf pan INGREDIENTS 500 grams buckwheat flour 500 grams/ml hot water 50 grams mixed seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, flax) 50 grams ground flaxseeds 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional) 1 teaspoon honey or rice malt Gluten-free rolled oats for garnish (optional) DIRECTIONS 1. Dissolve the honey in the hot water. 2. In a bowl, mix the buckwheat flour and water until well combined. 2. Add the whole and ground seeds to the dough. 3. Add the apple cider vinegar, which will make the gluten-free dough soft and airy. 4. Knead the dough well. 5. Lay a sheet of parchment paper on a cutting board and sprinkle with the oats. 6. Pour the dough over the oats and begin shaping the loaf, which should be completely covered with the oats. 7. Place the loaf with the parchment paper in the pan, cover with plastic wrap or other paper and a tea towel. 8. Let the dough rest for about two hours at room temperature. This time will allow the ground flaxseeds to work their way into the dough, giving it more consistency. 9. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for about 35-40 minutes. 10. Enjoy your meal!
