This video has been years in the making! The Wizard of Oz is one of my favorite all time movies as well as one of America's favorite all times! I've been looking for a tutorial for how to make this iconic replica costume for The Wicked Witch of the West so long and couldn't find one anywhere so I decided to make it myself!
