ABOUT THE VIDEO: Some weeks simply don't go according to plan, and this was definitely one of them. Between Helping Mom and preparing for her estate sale, dealing with frustrating insurance issues for myself, and trying to keep up with everyday life, I found myself feeling stretched in every direction. Thankfully as the week went on it got better. I carved out some time with a friend and also took some time for myself and slowed down to write, work on a puzzle, care for my home, and simply breathe. Sometimes showing up for yourself doesn't have to be anything big - but it can be the quiet moments that help us reset. At the end of today's vlog, I also take you on a tour of my Mom's home so you can see many of the items that will be included in her upcoming estate sale.
