The crime that shocked Bogotá According to the Prosecutor's Office investigation, the events occurred on June 18, 2026, when Natalia Villalba was in apartment 702 of the Morph building, a property she had rented temporarily through Airbnb while looking for permanent housing in Bogotá. Investigators maintain that inside the apartment, the woman was violently attacked by the British citizen, who allegedly beat her to death. Natalia's body was found on June 22 inside a suitcase in the bathroom of her apartment, after a cleaning worker entered the building to perform cleaning duties and alerted the authorities. Investigators believe the body was manipulated to conceal the crime and hinder the forensic investigation.
