He had started fraudulent company BTCBITZ and took money from investors in the tunes of hundreds of crores of rupees. But, eventually, he couldn't return the money as promised to the investors. He was finally murdered by his business partners in Dehradun in a failed attempt to recover Shukoor's bitcoin account password.
