Myška The Little Mouse Scenes of Childhood - A playful poem from the Terezin Ghetto. The Little Mouse is a playful poem describing scenes of childhood. A teddy bear, wooden toys, playing in the park, running about the scenery of an enchanting view, a smile - a glimpse reliving joyful childhood memories. A more observing eye will notice the shadows of a childhood in the Ghetto. Petr, the teddy bear who spent three years in Theresienstadt in the arms of a little girl called Ruth; playful words hiding the daily struggle of life. This production is part of the project When Memory Meets Culture, born with the intention of presenting a relevant artistic expression of Holocaust Memory. The production was made by the request of the Foreign Ministry of the Czech Republic, debuting a blend of languages – Czech and Hebrew, a fraternization between the students of the Lauder School in Prague and the student of the Tel Aviv Conservatorium.
