25 Min Walking Workout at Home – Low Impact Exercises Only
Follow me along at home in this Walking Workout that will help with weight loss when combined with a good diet. It will also improve your overall health and make you a happier person for the rest of the day. The workout consists of low impact exercises only and has no jumping exercises at all. We will start this workout slowly and will end with a minor cooldown. Each exercise will be performed for 60 seconds before directly switching to the next one.
