I made a massive mistake this week by allowing old habits to creep back in and instead of pretending everything is perfect, I wanted to sit down and tell the truth. Too many people only show the “perfect” side of weight loss journeys. The motivation. The wins. The scales going down every week. But real life doesn’t work like that. This journey is messy sometimes and I promised from the very beginning that I would always keep it real with you all.
