http://www.pupia.tv - Naples – On that street, Via Oronzio Costa, in the Forcella neighborhood, numerous gunshots were fired during the night between June 28th and 20th, some of which injured three minors. Then, the following day, more shots were fired against the porch of a first-floor apartment. It was assumed it was a "warning." And so it was. Emanuele Sibillo, who hadn't yet turned 20, was killed last night on Via Costa, around 2:00 a.m., when he was hit in the back. But more than ten shots from different guns were fired at the scene. Rescue efforts were unsuccessful: upon arrival at the "Loreto Mare" hospital, Sibillo was already dead. The young man was considered a prominent member of the clan allied with the "new Giulianos," in conflict with the Mazzarellas over their control of illicit trafficking in the Forcella neighborhood. A clan composed largely of very young people, as evidenced by the arrests carried out last June 9th by the Flying Squad. Sibillo had escaped from a raid. Now the specter of a violent feud looms over the historic center of Naples. (02.07.15)
