One Man Band Setup: MIDI and Hardware, with no computer
My computer of fifteen years decided enough was enough, and my one man band setup depended on it. I have a few gigs coming up and I thought, ah..... So here’s a new setup, comprising MIDI organ pedals for drums, and a keyboard split between bass and keys, all as before, but using my trusty EMU E5000 sampler to deal with the bass and drum sounds. My old Nord Elector rack does the keyboard sounds. Also here is a hybrid guitar bass, a 1972 Fender Musicmaster guitar, that has two bass strings and four guitar strings. Any live performance here can be looped to allow guitar or keyboard solos if necessary. It’s a lot of cables and gear, but worth it in the end! Enjoy and Share! Subscribe to my channel....
