I'm Masaki Miyamoto, President and CEO of Kii Company, Ltd. We primarily operate unprofitable hot spring facilities, taking over management from both private and public sectors, mainly in the Kii Peninsula. At the age of 27, I transitioned from a sales position in Tokyo, where I started after graduating from university, to Onsen Dojo Co., Ltd. in Saitama Prefecture. For 10 years, I worked in all aspects of hot spring facility management, from on-site operations to overall business management. When I joined Onsen Dojo, it had 11 employees and an annual turnover of 600 million yen. Thanks to everyone's support, we've now grown to 120 employees and an annual turnover of 3 billion yen. We operate the hot spring brand, Ofuro Café®, with 11 locations nationwide (including franchise agreements), and have been featured on the TV program "Cambrian Palace" as a company revitalizing local communities through the succession of hot spring businesses. Since 2023, in order to further expand into regional areas and diversify our business, we have transitioned to group management centered around ONDO Holdings. I have moved to Mie Prefecture and am now dedicated to managing Kii Company, a group company.
