Representative Tobías Crespo (@TobiasCrespo) addressed the bill on cybersecurity management in the Dominican Republic, proposed by Representative Alfredo Pacheco, and congratulated the Cybersecurity Committee for their hard work during the study of the initiative. During his remarks, he noted his participation in a cybersecurity forum in China, where aspects related to the High-Tech Crimes Law and the need for a solid regulatory framework in this area were discussed. He also stated that this type of legislation should be developed in coordination with the institutions responsible for preventing and prosecuting cybercrimes.
