A CARD SPIN is held at the beginning of each episode. Each team will have 3 cards to use throughout the episode. If they are not used by the end of the episode, they are lost. If the points of SHIELD or SWORD cards total 7 or more, an extra spin of the special effects wheel can be held. We can capture 2 Pokémon per route, the first two that appear. One is RANDOM and the other is Sought After. You cannot run away from the Pokémon that appears. We cannot buy healing items. The team with the fewest deaths at the end of the Pokémon League wins the series.
