The Grateful Dead July 6, 1984 Alpine Valley Music Theatre East Troy, Wisconsin Take a trip back to one of the Grateful Dead's memorable Summer '84 performances at Alpine Valley, presented here in a carefully crafted 432 Hz remaster for a warm, immersive listening experience while preserving the integrity of the original audience recording. This outstanding master recording was captured by Bill Reutelhuber using Nakamichi CM-100 shotgun microphones spread across the lawn into a Sony TCD5M cassette recorder. The result is a beautifully balanced audience tape with excellent ambience, clear vocals, and strong instrument definition.
