ALAN SHEBARO

This was an interview between Todd and Alan Shebaro, a former Green Beret who transitioned from military service to running a jiu-jitsu school in Texas before relocating to Vietnam. Alan shared his journey of selling his jiu-jitsu school in 2024 and moving to Southeast Asia, where he opened Combat Base Saigon and has been traveling and teaching jiu-jitsu throughout Vietnam. They discussed Alan's military background serving 15 years total with 7 years in Special Operations, his experiences deploying to Iraq, and how jiu-jitsu helped with his transition back to civilian life.
