MP Roman Giertych (KO) posted the following on Platform X: "I would like to make it clear to all the new judges: in October of this year, you will leave the Supreme Court building in accordance with the rulings of the ECtHR, the CJEU, and the Constitutional Tribunal's ruling, which we will request after the Constitutional Tribunal's functionality is restored."
