Behind ‘Making A Murderer’

It's been twelve years since Steven Avery was convicted of murder and three years since the Netflix docu-series ‘Making a Murderer’ threw him into the international spotlight. The show’s first season indicated officers may have planted some evidence and coerced then-16-year-old Dassey into confessing he helped his uncle rape and murder the victim, Teresa Halbach. Now in its second season, the series presents a new timeline and interviews with witnesses that seem to point the finger at Dassey's brother Bobby, and their stepfather Scott Tadych, arguing they lied in court and tried to erase evidence.
