Welcome to Kite Beach in Dubai, where I brought the gear, braved the heat, and hit a full swim bike run CrossFit combo workout and YES… it got spicy. WOD Breakdown: 1200m bike → 400m run 800m bike → 200m run 2 rounds: 400m run → 1200m bike → 400m run Final: 400m run → 2.4km bike Brutal. Beautiful. Worth it. This session is part of my journey to rebuild, recover, and go harder than ever something I just can’t do back home in Iceland. So I brought the WOD to the beach.
