Correction to my blues! Both French Ultramarine and Winsor Blue (red shade) are warm blues, whereas traditional Winsor Blue is a cool green. My mind had it backwards! Apologies! Hello Friends! In this video I’m sharing all of the watercolor paints I selected for my new ceramic palette. I put a lot of thought into which colors I thought would serve well for a variety of subjects and moods, as well as ones that are both great for mixing and/or are premixed colors that I love. I also added a good amount of colors that I think anyone creating their own watercolor palette may benefit from having in their collection. Also, I just want to add that I am not a pigment or color professional, and that I don't have all of the information on these paints. These are just colors I've discovered and enjoyed over the years.
