Time for me to show you how to make an extremely easy dairy free chocolate pudding that only requires 7 ingredients and no more than 15 minutes of your time to prepare from start to finish. This homemade chocolate pudding recipe has a rich chocolate flavor, with a smooth creamy texture, the perfect amount of sweetness, and a thick, but not too thick pudding consistency. The best part is because it’s so simple to make you’ll be tempted to want to make it all the time. Ingredients: Cocoa Powder Vanilla Extract Sea Salt Granulated Sugar Unsweetened Coconut Milk Potato Starch Plant Butter Exact Measurements: 1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract 3 1/2 Tablespoons Potato Starch 2 1/4 Cups Unsweetened Coconut Milk Divided = (1 Cup + 2 Tablespoons) 2/3 Cups Granulated Sugar 2 Tablespoons Plant Butter Instructions: Add the sugar, sea salt, potato starch, and cocoa powder to a small bowl. Whisk the ingredients until incorporated. Add the pudding mixture to a sauce pan over a medium low heat. Add half of the unsweetened coconut milk. Whisk to incorporate. Add the remaining unsweetened coconut milk. Whisk to incorporate. Use a silicone spatula and stir consistently until the pudding begins to thicken. Once it thickens immediately remove it from the burner and place it onto a cool burner. Add the dairy free butter and vanilla extract. Stir until the butter has completely melted. Allow the pudding to cool for 10 minutes or more if necessary. Throughout the cooling process intermittently stir the pudding to prevent a skin from forming on top. Place the ramekins onto a large plate. Evenly distribute the cooled pudding into each ramekin. Cover each ramekin with a piece of saran wrap.
