BMW E70 X5 - How to reset the sunroof when it wont close.

My poor e70 X5m hasn't been getting much use in the last year due to COVID-19. Today when I opened the sunroof, it decided that it wasn't going to close again. This can happen for many reasons, but for me it was probably due to the battery going flat from not driving it for a long period. Thankfully this is an easy fix, a simple re-intialisation of the sunroof to teach the car where all the limits are and it's back to being good as new. To re-initialise: 1) Open your sunblind so that it's in the fully open position. 2) Press the sunroof button up and hold it. Keep holding it while the sunroof goes through the full range of motion. 3) When it's finished your sunroof should be closed with the blind fully closed 4) Let go of the button and give your arm a rest. 5) Test to make sure it opens and closes correctly.
