In Jess's house, every detail is inspiring: the blue-painted doors and windows, the colorful hydraulic tile flooring, the exposed brick, the natural materials, the beachy vibe... It's hard to believe she found the property in such a different state and renovated it ENTIRELY in just 2 months! Beyond the cozy and sunny look, one of the most striking features of the house is that all the spaces are open. The living room and bedroom are at the front, completely integrated. Then comes the bathroom, in the center of the floor plan and without doors, and further back is the kitchen connected to the home office. According to the resident, the unusual layout is part of her way of living! To top it off: the back garden has a shower, a vegetable garden, and space for entertaining and sunbathing. Isn't it a precious little corner in the middle of São Paulo?? Some of Jess's inspirations came from the houses of Trancoso and Greece, so the result has a very pleasant beachy feel!
