La única empresa que produce QUESOS MADUROS de GANADERÍA TROPICAL baja en Perú Agroindustrias KOCH
Agroindustrias Koch is the only company in Peru developing Swiss-style cheeses from lowland tropical livestock farming. The dairy processing plant and cattle ranch are located in the Picota province, at 223 meters above sea level. Temperatures range between 28° and 40° C, creating very difficult conditions for the production of mature Swiss-style cheeses such as Tilsit and Gruyère. Their history of dairy production in the San Martín region has led them to develop products of unsurpassed quality. The milk is produced under a grazing dairy farming system using a silvopastoral system. Silvopastoral systems are an agroforestry practice that combines trees, pastures, and livestock in the same space, generating significant improvements in livestock nutrition, as the soil and, with it, the forage are naturally conserved. They also provide a cooler environment for livestock, as trees are the cornerstone of the system. Today you'll learn about the history of Agroindustrias Koch and its 22 years of experience in dairy production in the San Martín jungle. This will also be the best TECHNICAL GUIDE if you want to learn about making MATURE CHEESE.
