Recently, the media and some prominent European politicians have been calling for establishing some form of dialogue between Europe and Russia, and with Vladimir Putin himself. The main motivation behind this appears to be the so-called negotiation process ongoing between the United States and Russia. But are negotiations with Russia the best strategy for ending the war in Ukraine? Should Europe sit down to talks with Russia like the Americans?
