When we get home, we'll prepare several dishes at once: 🐟 Juicy fish; 🥗 Caesar salad; 🍰 And a delicious cheesecake made with just three ingredients. Casserole recipe: • 800 g cottage cheese; • 6 eggs; • 1 can condensed milk. Mix all ingredients well and bake for 50-60 minutes at 180°C using the top-bottom convection mode. The next day, we'll have a long-awaited meeting with our subscribers. We'll take a stroll through Old Riga, look for the famous stone animals, stop by a cozy restaurant, chat, and just have a great time. And at the end of the day, we'll return home, where our normal life in Latvia will resume.
