Exploring the new NPPF draft
The NPPF is the cornerstone of planning policy in England, guiding local authorities, developers, and communities on how land should be used and developed. The latest draft reflects the Government’s ambition to deliver 1.5 million new homes alongside critical infrastructure, while ensuring growth is sustainable and aligned with local needs. Gain expert insight into the proposed changes to the National Planning Policy Framework (NPPF) and their potential impact on planning policies and decision-making. This in-depth session will be led by Rupert Warren KC (Landmark Chambers) and Sam Stafford (LPDF). Rupert, alongside Nick Grant (Landmark Chambers), have been closely involved in advising the MHCLG on the latest NPPF draft revisions. Adding further depth to the conversation, Kathryn Ventham (Twenty5 Planning) will join the panel to share her expert insights on the broader implications of the proposed changes.
