Well, ladies and gentlemen, that's a bummer. From what I can tell, the wheel is damaged, or more specifically, the Hall sensor. The wheel wouldn't move on 12V @ 20A batteries... after connecting it to a more powerful 19.7V @ 20A battery, it didn't move either. It didn't even move with a 30V @ 4.5A service power supply. Maybe I'm doing something wrong? Can someone suggest something? Or is it a damaged wheel and I should just leave it alone? The screws look like they've been removed, so something's up. Ugh, and it was supposed to be so beautiful... CDN..
