It was the moment our national baseball team achieved the great feat of advancing to the quarterfinals for the first time in 17 years with a miraculous victory against Australia. I had to return home early due to an important schedule, but when I heard the news back in Korea, I felt an unforgettable sense of emotion 🥹 However, that emotion was short-lived... I had to embark on a long journey of about 20 hours to Miami with my two children 😂 I was exhausted from the long flight and jet lag before I could even fully recover from the fatigue in Japan, but I was determined to go to Miami no matter what because I really wanted to show my children what their dad looked like standing on the mound as a national team player. This WBC might be the last time we see Hyun-jin wearing the national team uniform, but I hope you Bae-fps will enjoy the passionate cheers of Tokyo Dome and the memories of the WBC with me.
