HERE'S THE RECIPE 👇🏻 450 g all-purpose flour (4 cups) 10 g baking powder (1 tbsp) 25 g powdered milk (3 tbsp) salt (1/4 tsp) 100 g sugar (1/2 cup) 100 ml orange juice (1/3 cup + 2 tbsp) orange zest (1 tsp) 150 g unsalted butter (3/4 cup) 1 large egg 10 ml vanilla essence (1 tbsp) FOR DECORATION: Icing sugar (OPTIONAL) THE CUPS I REFER TO ARE 225 ml MEASURING CUPS. IMPORTANT NOTE!! 👇 *If you're using measuring cups, it's recommended to sift any flour first because it packs very tightly, which means the cup holds more flour. Cup measurements are ALWAYS approximate. It's always recommended to measure level without pressing the cup to get the desired amount.
