For the Apple Filling: • 2 apples (peeled, cored, cut into pieces) • 30 g (⅕ cup / 1 oz) dried cranberries • 4 tbsp water • Sweetener to taste • ⅔ tsp cinnamon • 1.5 tbsp cornstarch For the Crumble: • 150 g (1½ cups / 5.3 oz) oats (ground in a coffee grinder) • 40 g (⅓ cup / 1.4 oz) walnuts (chopped) • 3 tbsp coconut oil • Zest of 1 orange • Pinch of salt • Sweetener to taste For the Base: • 1 egg • Pinch of salt • 4 tbsp water Baking: • 16 cm (6.3 in) round pan with parchment • 180°C (360°F) — 60 minutes Serving and Storage • Serve warm or at room temperature — with tea or plant-based yogurt. • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days.
