Christine Holgate's suffered 'disgraceful' treatment at Australia Post

Political consultant Jim Middleton says he is steadfast in his view from last year that Christine Holgate’s departure from Australia Post in October was “disgraceful” and she was treated appallingly. He pointed to the evidence given by Ms Holgate today to a Senate inquiry which indicated she “turned around an essential part of Australia Post business”. “What she managed to achieve and her executives as well – that were awarded to the tune of $20,000 – for a $200 million deal in a section of the business that is banking in regional and rural communities which were unbanked at the time."
