Welcome to Alys Beach

Before the ubiquitous 30a.com brand became synonymous around the world with this 26 mile stretch of stunning coastline and unique beach towns, a man joined a small group of innovators to help launch a new New Urbanist town concept named Alys Beach along Scenic Highway 30A. That man was Mike Ragsdale, founder and owner of 30a.com. Back then, he called himself the ‘Town Evangelist’ and alongside Town Founder Jason Comer, Town Architects, Marieanne Khoury-Vogt and Erik Vogt, and several other passionate, hard working people, to bring the story of Alys Beach to the world. This team was even responsible for the creation of a little art festival you may have heard of that we host every year, Digital Graffiti.
