Please turn on cc for subtitles!　 永夜抄20周年おめでとうございます 🎉🎉🎉 THE ONE THAT STARTED IT ALL (for me at least) A very very happy 20th anniversary to Touhou 8: Imperishable Night, my favorite game of all. LUNATIC was the first english touhou song I ever heard back on HoshiNoInaba's channel (I think that original vid is still up), and was basically hooked on Odyssey and A-ONE ever since. What an amazing, magical time it was earlier this year being able to go to her concert IN PERSON in LA at touhoufest!!!! Hearing LUNATIC performed live was definitely one of the highlights of this year, if not my whole touhou experience lmao Can you believe I've never uploaded this one?? It's one of my top four Odyssey favorites (right next to Rain Dance, UFO Lover, and Calm and the Storm). I know this song has been uploaded ad nauseam (it's phenomenal, after all), BUT it's the 20th anniversary of Imperishable Night and I don't make the rules!! Like I already said over on twitter, IN will always always hold a special place in my heart for being the most magical game to me, having my favorite all time ost (lunatic princess), my all time fav character (Kaguya), and the song that first got me into touhou (IOSYS's 患部で止まってすぐ溶ける～ 狂気の優曇華院 AKA overdrive). I don't really know why this game in particular resonated with me so much, and why KAGUYA has been my favorite pretty much all this time. And this time is also extra special because it was around this time 12 (TWELVE) years ago that I first got into touhou (I remember Ten Desires coming out so I know it was a bit before then). So. Yeahhhh I'm starting to feel old....
