NIGHTMARE Oxygen Sensor Replacement | 1998-2003 JAGUAR XJ8 XK8 X308

In this video, we'll replace the driver side upstream oxygen sensor. My 2003 Jaguar XJ8 was giving me a P1647 Heated Oxygen (HO2) sensor control malfunction on bank 2 upstream. That's the top (upstream) sensor on the left driver side of the car in North America. It'll be the passenger side in the UK. This is an especially hard to reach sensor, but it's not impossible. I was able to change it with limited tools and experience.
