Window Won’t Close Properly? Replacing Worn Friction Stays

Got called out to a customer in Potters Bar whose window just wouldn’t close properly. Straight away it was clear the friction stays had worn out, so the window wasn’t pulling in tight anymore. Swapped the stays over, lined everything back up, and tested it a few times to make sure it was closing smooth and secure again.
