However, if this filter is not installed correctly, and keep in mind that the filter is only valid for 2 months after opening, it can cause some problems during use in the machine. 1 - If it is not completely filled with water, it will cause water flow (speed) errors and the machine will malfunction, usually during coffee preparation. 2 - If left in the machine for more than 2 months, it will start to clog and reduce water flow, and the machine will eventually malfunction. So, to conclude, the filter should be replaced every 2 months, and to avoid errors due to incorrect machine installation, here is the easiest and correct way to install the filter.
