My 200 Day Body Transformation!
For the last 200 days, I pushed my body further than I ever have before. I ran over 600 miles training for a marathon all while continuing to eat the kind of food you see in my videos. No “perfect” diet. No secret shortcuts. Just consistency, pain, doubt and a lot of miles. This wasn’t easy. There were days I didn’t want to run. Days I felt exhausted. Days I questioned why I even started. Balancing marathon training with the amount of food I eat for content became one of the biggest physical and mental battles of my life. I almost quit more than once. In this video, I’m taking you through the full 200-day journey: the highs, the setbacks, the moments I wanted to give up, and what really happened when I tried to transform my body without changing the reality of my career. This is more than just weight loss. It’s about discipline. It’s about resilience. It’s about proving something to myself. Watch until the end to see how it all turned out!
