Mobility and Stability Drills to Improve the Snatch and Overhead Squat
Here are a variety of mobility and stability drills I like to use to help improve the snatch and overhead squat. I lump these together as a warmup before snatching but they can also be used on your days off as well. Remember that these drills are not passive. We are actively pulling ourselves into efficient positions with every exercise chosen, helping to reinforce efficient and safe technique. There are a myriad of mobility exercises out there, here are my tried and true exercises that I use on myself, my patients and clients!
