Harvest Right Freeze Dryer Unboxing, Setup, and Test Batch!

I am so excited to announce that I got a Harvest Right Freeze Dryer! It was a Christmas gift from my family and I already have so many plans! This is the Medium Pro and I think it will be the perfect size for our family. Follow along as I take you through my first time opening everything, setting it up, cleaning it and running a test batch. It has already been lots of fun and aside from a hiccup with the door seal, it went really smooth. After years of watching other people use theirs I feel like the possibilities for this machine are endless! If you have a freeze dryer, please share any of your favorite things to freeze dry!
