Mix in 1 can regular pumpkin and chocolate chips to taste. Pour mixture into mini muffin pan or regular muffin tin. Feel free to top each with a few chocolate chips too! :) Bake according to package directions. (I cut one in half to be sure it was fully cooked since the pumpkin makes it take a big longer to bake all the way through.) hey friends!
