Cozy Spring Days in the Countryside 🌸 | Slow Living, Simple Cooking & Quiet Gardening
#slowliving #cottagecore #springvlog In this slow living spring vlog, I share a quiet and peaceful day at home and in the garden during a peaceful spring season. The morning begins with sunshine, birds outside the window, and the soft fragrance of tulips filling the kitchen. I spend the day preparing homemade sorrel soup, brewing tea from fresh forsythia blossoms, arranging lilacs in a vase, and caring for the garden as nature slowly comes back to life. This spring has also brought something unexpected — for the first time, I began experiencing seasonal allergies from tree pollen. In this video, I share a few quiet thoughts about slowing down, taking care of myself, and still finding comfort in simple everyday moments. Later, I plant flower seeds for a new summer flower bed filled with cosmos, marigolds, zinnias, and calendula. I dream of the garden slowly turning into a soft cloud of colorful blooms by summer, filled with butterflies and the gentle movement of nature. During this peaceful spring day, you will see: – Brewing herbal tea from forsythia blossoms – Cooking homemade sorrel soup – Gardening and planting flower seeds – Tulips, lilacs, and blooming trees – Quiet countryside spring moments – Natural ambient sounds – Slow, intentional everyday living This video is about finding calm in simple routines, caring for the garden and the home, and enjoying the quiet beauty of spring days. 🌿 Thank you for spending this peaceful spring day with me. 🍲 Spring Sorrel Soup Recipe Ingredients: – 2–2.5 liters of water – 3–4 potatoes – 1 small onion – 1 large carrot – 1/2 cup rice – A bunch of fresh sorrel – 4 boiled eggs – 30 ml vegetable oil – Salt to taste – Sour cream for serving (optional) Instructions: Pour water into a pot and bring it to a boil. At the end, add finely chopped boiled eggs and sliced sorrel. Season with salt to taste and add 30 ml of vegetable oil. Serve warm with a little sour cream if desired. 🌿 #slowliving #cottagecore #spring #springvlog #gardening #cozyhome #simpleliving #countryside #quietvlog #naturevlog #homemaking #seasonalliving #peacefulhome #flowers #gardenlife #relaxingvideo #villagevlog #slowmorning #countrysidelife #mindfulness
