Flour 1/2 t. Salt 2 t. Baking Powder 3.4 oz Box Pistachio Instant Jell-o Pudding 1 C. Sugar 2 Large Eggs Room Temperature 1/2 t. Almond Extract 1 C. Milk (whole or 2%) 1/2 C. Vegetable Oil Optional: 1 drop green food coloring Bake in a 9x5 Loaf pan (if using an 8x5 loaf pan add 5-10 minutes to bake time or more as need be). Bake 50-60 minutes @ 350 degrees. Check at about 45 minutes to see how it is baking up. Cake will be golden-brown, and tester inserted in center will come out clean or with a few crumbs. Let cake cool before glazing/serving.
