Эрик Берн "Игры в которые играют люди" | Ключевые мысли | HQРазбор #1
What do an alcoholic, a debtor, a "frigid woman," and someone who constantly has something to prove to everyone have in common? Eric Berne's answer is unexpected: they're all playing games. And no, we're not talking about manipulation in the vein of cheap psychology. According to Berne, games are unconscious scripts that we once learned and now repeat over and over again, considering them to be our own personality. Why does someone repeatedly choose toxic relationships? Why can't someone stop working? Why is an alcoholic often reluctant to quit drinking? Why do we constantly seek other people's approval? And why does it sometimes feel like you're not living your own life at all? In this video, I explore the book "Games People Play" and try to take a broader view. We'll discuss the three human ego states, childhood attitudes, psychological games, and whether life even exists without them. Perhaps after watching, you'll begin to notice these patterns not only in those around you, but in yourself as well. __________________________ Who am I anyway? ► I have no idea, to be honest ► I'm learning about myself through books and long conversations ► At 23, I managed to become a dollar-rich pauper ► CEO of 13 failed projects ► My mom's friend's anti-son ► I think longer than shorts require ► I sleep naked __________________________ Timecodes: 00:00 Introductory tea ceremony 00:31 Why do we even play psychological games? 02:06 What are "strokes" according to Eric Berne 03:31 Why people can't be alone 06:27 How the state and social media control our time 10:47 Three ego states: Child, Parent, and Adult 13:47 Why a happy child doesn't need dependencies 18:08 How childhood traumas control relationships in adulthood 22:10 Why insecurities aren't a character trait 28:14 How psychological games work 29:12 The "Frigid Woman" game 34:44 The "Hunted Housewife" game 39:24 The "Gotcha, Son of a Bitch!" game 42:14 The Debtor Game 45:33 The Alcoholic Game 51:39 What is Adult Responsibility? 52:45 Independence: What Eric Berne Teaches 55:35 The Main Idea of "Games People Play" __________________________ If you found this video helpful, please let me know in the comments which game you think you play most often.
